Dill has had a long history of existing alongside humans. Dill is considered an important annual and valuable herb in ancient Egypt as far back as 1400 BC, evidence of the remnants of dill were found in Pharaoh Amenhotep II’s tomb in the 7th century BC.

There was a mention of dill in the Bible. Ancient Egyptian writings also mentioned dills which was considered as a sign of affluence in the ancient Roman and Greek cultures.

But we are not here today to talk about the traditional cultivation of dill, we will talk about the cultivation of dill sprouts, which can contain about 10 times the nutrients found in mature dill plants as well as its speed of growth compared to its mature counterpart. As well as its concentrated taste that is added to the best international recipes.
