Parsley Gigante D’Italia is a traditional Italian flat-leaf parsley variety known for its large, lush, and deeply green leaves.

Planting Date

  • Cool to moderate climates:
  • Spring planting: February to April
  • Fall planting: August to October
  • Warm climates (mild winters): Can be planted almost year-round with protection from summer heat

Transplanting

  • Start seeds indoors or in seed trays 6–8 weeks before transplanting
  • Transplant when seedlings have 4–5 true leaves
  • Spacing: 20–30 cm between plants, 30–40 cm between rows
