Komatsuna Red, also known as red spinach mustard, is a fast-growing Asian leafy vegetable with tender, reddish-green leaves and mild mustard-like flavor.

A versatile crop, it is suitable for salads, stir-fries, soups, or baby leaf harvesting.

It belongs to the Brassica family and is highly nutritious.
