Early Spinach is a mid-early hybrid variety which is very productive, whether cultivated in greenhouses or open fields and responds well to repeated harvesting. 

It produces large, blistered dark green leaves. It can be grown indoors, in small containers as well.

Early Spinach can be perfectly sown in summer and autumn. From February -April and August – October

Spinach is an annual plant of the Amaranthaceae flowering plant family which is popularly cultivated as a leaf vegetable. Plants of this family have simple dark green leaves that are somewhat triangular or ovate and may be flat or curled.

The recent development of spinach coupled with an upswing of nutrition concerns make it one of the most nutritious vegetables that is consumed worldwide. However, for many people those dark green leafy vegetables are a lacking component of their healthy diet.
