*What are microgreens?
Microgreens are the sprouted seeds of various leafy greens. The seeds are grown in small, shallow containers, like Harraz microgreens kit, which makes them easier to grow and harvest.
In addition to celery microgreens, you can sprout beets, radishes, lettuce, basil, and dill.
Microgreen production isn’t expensive or time-consuming, it can be grown on a large-scale or at home and it is very simple.
Celery Microgreens:
– Celery seed is a very slow germinating and growing seed. Be patient. It requires sun or daylight since day one for the seed to start germinating.
– It is more difficult to grow and is not recommended for beginners.
– Use less water initially, you will need to mist the celery seeds regularly to keep them moist.
– Stay persistent as these tiny super greens are not in a hurry.
