Mizuna Red Microgreens are a vibrant, nutrient-dense variety of Japanese mustard (Brassica rapa var. nipposinica) known for its elegant red to purple leaves and mild, tangy taste. When grown as microgreens, Mizuna Red develops delicate stems and colorful leaves that add a gourmet touch to salads, sandwiches, and dishes.
It can be grown indoors or outdoors, in trays or hydroponic systems, and harvested within 10–14 days after sowing. This variety thrives in cool to moderate temperatures, making it ideal for year-round microgreen production.
