How to Grow Radish Microgreens

  1. Prepare the Growing Medium:

    • Can also be grown hydroponically (without soil, using only water).
  2. Sowing the Seeds:
    • Spread the seeds densely over the surface of the soil and press them lightly for good contact.
    • Optionally, sprinkle a thin layer of soil on top.
  3. Watering & Care:
    • Mist the seeds twice daily to keep them moist but not overwatered.
    • Keep the tray in a dark place for two days to encourage strong growth.
    • Then, move them to a sunny location or under LED grow lights.
  4. Harvesting:
    • Ready to harvest in 7-10 days when they reach 5-8 cm in height.
    • Use sharp scissors to cut the sprouts at the soil level.
  5. Storage:
    • Store the microgreens in an airtight container in the fridge to keep them fresh for 4-5 days.
